Ross Mathews interviewing Eric and Lisa Paskel of Amazing Race (Photo: Inside Dish)Ross Mathews of the Inside Dish is the official exit interview host for the Amazing Race this season and his first interview with Eric and Lisa Paskel is available.

In this interview Ross discusses the pains of leaving the game first, a bit more background about  the couple since they left so quickly and opened them up for questions from around the web.  There was an interesting story about Eric being mistaken for Bon Jovi and even an interesting question from Examiner.Com’s own Amazing Race Examiner! Another interesting bit of news concerned CBS’ new idea this season for Elimination Station.  This season when contestants become eliminated they will enter into a type of sequester house, more like mansion, similar to Big Brother and CBS will be following that on their Elimination Station web page.  Elimination station is located in Phu Quoc Vietnam and is a paradise resort, you will not want to miss out on catching up on Elimination Station as it will be sure to please your reality bone.  This week, Garrett proposes to Jessica, wait until you see the rock she is sporting now!

Once again, Ross brings out the best in these two contestants as he did with his Big Brother exit interviews and will be a joy to watch throughout the season when contestants get eliminated from The Amazing Race.
