Write for the Pit

The focus of the Reality Pit is simple.  We are a group of like minded folks who tend to be knowledgeable, fanatical, yeah even a bit weird about reality television.  We take great pride in our knowledge and enjoy sharing all of this love and fanaticism through our writings and teachings.  Today we are just starting out and are a bit understaffed being set up and run by one powerful super human blogger / writer / journalistic wanna be, Tommy Sarda.  While Tommy does produce some truly super human feats of spewing out the written word and packaging up the spiffy little website that you see here, Tommy is only human.  Oh the humanity of it all, Tommy just cannot watch everything he wants to watch, work his 40 hours, write about everything, tweak and set up the website, etc, etc, etc….  Its a lot to do and for that reason Tommy wishes to go out and find other quality content contributors.  Could this be you?  I hope so, it sure gets lonely here at the pit all alone.

The sad part about this whole diatribe is while Tommy needs your help and wishes to exploit your skills through exposure on the RealityPit.com website, this is a brand new website, with no true business goals floating around at this point.  Tommy does wish the pit to become the greatest one stop spot for everything reality which brings in tons of exposure and advertising potential.  But at this point that is simply not the case.  So… If you wish to write here it will be a true test of will and patience. Perseverance and dedication to building our site, our brand, and the quality of our content.  You will be in on this from the ground up and will have a voice in how the site grows.  Your skills will all be put to use here and the better we are together, the better the pit will become.  The sooner we flourish, the sooner we start earning.

So, think you want to get in on it?  Think you can hang?  I do, lets give it a go.  Please submit a sample of your writing below.  If you have a website or blog you’d like me to view to show off special skills certainly point me that way.  If you’ve got concerns and worries bust them out.  As far as you rights to your work on the site, I’ve truly not gotten as far as drafting up any legal sort of business documents but lets just say the site can use your stuff unless you specifically tell Tommy to take it down and you are always able to use or sell your work as long as anything you publish on the RealityPit.Com is published on the RelityPit.com prior to anywhere else.  Of course, this is includes the exception of your personal blog.
